The content, branding and product names on this site are the property of High Caliber Trading Ltd unless otherwise stated. Where third-party product names appear — for example the names of discontinued applications whose files our software reads — they are used only to identify those applications and their file formats, and remain the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Software licence

Our products should be used only with files you own, control, or otherwise have permission to access.
Old files, corrupted data, unsupported formats and incomplete exports are realities of this work. Results are condition-dependent, and we do not offer recovery guarantees.
Nothing in our terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
