Delivery and re-download policy.
High Caliber Trading Ltd sells downloadable software. There is nothing physical to ship, no delivery charge, and no waiting for a courier. This policy explains what you receive, when you receive it, and how to get it again later.

What you receive
A download and a licence key.
A one-time licence for the product. There is no subscription and no account to keep up.
Sent to the address you gave at checkout, containing your order reference, your download link and your licence key. Keep it — it is the quickest route back to your download.
No disc, no packaging, no shipping. There are no delivery charges of any kind.
When you receive it
Immediately after payment clears.
Your download link and licence key are made available as soon as payment is confirmed — normally within a few minutes. If the confirmation email has not arrived within an hour, check the spam or junk folder in the first instance, then contact support@highcalibertrading.co.uk with the email address used at checkout and we will re-send it.
Because delivery is immediate, please read the refund and cancellation policy before you buy: in law, an immediate download can end the 14-day cancellation right early only where the buyer expressly agrees to this at the point of purchase. Our checkout does not currently ask for that agreement, so your full 14-day right remains.
Re-downloading
Getting your software again.
A one-time licence means the software stays yours. If you replace your computer, reinstall your operating system, or simply lose the file, you can get the same version back at no additional cost for as long as we are able to supply it.
The download link in your original confirmation email is the fastest route.
Email support@highcalibertrading.co.uk from the address you bought with, or quote your order reference, and we will reissue the link and licence key.
Store your licence key somewhere you will find it again. We can look it up for you, but having it to hand makes any support request faster.
Where an update is published for a product you own, it is made available to you on the same basis as your original download.
Before you install
Check it will run on your machine.
Each product page states the platforms and system requirements for that product. Please check these before buying — particularly the operating system version, since several of our products work with older file formats on modern systems and the supported combinations matter.
If a product will not install or run on a system it is stated to support, that is a fault. Contact support and we will resolve it or refund you, as set out in the refund and cancellation policy.

How delivery works in practice.
High Caliber Trading Ltd's products are on sale through its storefront, High Caliber Applications. Every product is a download — there is nothing physical to ship. Payment, the receipt and the licence key are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and the download itself is served from the storefront so that a customer always receives the current build rather than the one that happened to be current on the day they bought. This policy applies to every purchase made through that storefront.
