Responsible conduct
Running the company properly is part of building it properly.
This page sets out the standard of care High Caliber Trading Ltd applies to its own conduct — how it describes itself, where it draws professional boundaries, and when it takes outside advice.
It is a statement of approach. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and it does not claim any external endorsement or approval.
Conduct principles
Careful, documented, and open to being checked.
This site makes no claims about revenue, customer numbers, valuation, funding, performance or endorsement that could not be evidenced if asked.
Legal, tax, accounting, filing and banking matters are handled through the appropriate professional route. The company does not give advice it is not qualified to give.
Statutory obligations as a UK limited company — filings, records and returns — are treated as basic requirements rather than optional extras.
Customers and their data
The privacy standard is a product decision, not a policy page.
The company's recovery products are designed to run on the customer's own computer, so that private source files do not need to be uploaded to use them. That decision is described in full on the product standards page, and the company's handling of personal data is set out in the privacy notice.
High Caliber Trading Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, registration number ZC187831.
Scope of this statement
What this page is not.

Nothing on this page is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and nothing on it constitutes an offer of, or an invitation to invest in, securities or any other financial instrument.
